The master has a King, second bedroom has a queen, and the third has a set of twin beds that can be arranged as bunk beds. There is also a full bed in the loft and a queen sofa sleeper if you need more places to sleep. Come enjoy the cabin, use the canoe on the lake, fishing off the shore, sitting around the campfire, and making great memories with friends and family in a unique get away that won't be soon forgotten. The cabin is about 150 yards from the shoreline, canoes only 50 yards away with a caddy to make it easy to wheel them to the water. The incredible fishing on Lake Aquilla is one of the best kept secrets in Texas. It's chalked full of bass, crappie, and channel catfish. And Trinity Trails Ranch is set right next to one of the prime fishing spots. And if water skiing, sailing, or scuba diving is more to your liking, Lake Whitney is just a few miles away and is considered one of the top two lakes in all of Texas. The cabin is very well equipped. We have Direct TV with a 40' flat screen TV and WIFI internet. Plenty of games including a foosball table, dart board, and poker cards/chips. A complete kitchen stocked with all the normal appliances, coffee pot, pots/pans, dishes and glasses, cooking utensils, and a gas grill on the back patio means all you need to bring is groceries. And as with any place in the country there is a great variety of wildlife to be seen. There are deer, armadillos, wild turkey, the occasional snake, and all kinds of birds...hawks and even bald eagles have stopped by. Note: Boats can be easily left just inside the front gate as there are so many trees, a couple dips, and turning around with a boat is difficult except at the pasture. Canoes: Life jackets are provided and must be used at all times. Children must be accompanied by an adult when in the canoes.

The locations is attractive, as it is away from city life, it's that getaway destination most city folk crave. WiFi, is available to keep you connected but is somewhat limiting. The lower level contains a spacious great room with a queen size sleeper, full size coach. For entertainment we have board games out door games and ping pong table. The first floor bedroom sleeps 2 with the full size and is next to the bathroom. The views from the living space are amazing you get a panoramic view of the forest. The porch has large chairs to lounge and an outdoor table. Our cabin was designed to enjoy the beauty of nature bringing nature indoors and inviting our guests outdoors. Both second level bedroom have queen sized beds for extra guest we have daybeds/trundles and both have access to the outdoor balcony. The bedroom closest to the bathroom has direct access to the bathroom . The bathroom upstairs is designed to accommodate multiple users with its 'Jack and Jill' layout allowing separate and private use of the tub, lavatory, and loo. The balcony faces west towards Lake Aquilla allowing spectacular views of the setting sun, a perfect place to listen to the wildlife at night. The Foosball table is located on the balcony so it's also a great gathering place. We often get asked if we have a fire pit, the answer is YES. I call it a Texas sized fire pit, a great place for story telling and marsh mellow fixing (please keep the gooie stuff outdoors). We also are asked if the house next to the cabin is for other renters. No, it is an added space for those who are looking for additional space. If you have a large group, this is an additional RENTAL space please inquire. There are lots of opportunities for enjoying nature and native wildlife. You will see animal tracks and an occasional arrow head. You might hear cow mooing at a distance, they belong to the neighbors and make for a wonderful photo, proof you were indeed away from city life. We do have a canoe and a kayak and life jackets for those that enjoy lake adventures. The lake has opportunities for boating, fishing, and for hiking.

The It’s All About Me Ranch spreads a total of 575 beautiful acres. The main home is approximately 3000 SF custom ranch home with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 half baths with huge living and dining areas, and oversized game room with pool table. Sleeping quarters include king size bed and two queen size beds. Linens and pillows provided. The home also offers our guests a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, fridge with ice maker, microwave, coffee pot, outdoor propane grill, and full size washer and dryer. 4 flat screen TVS with Direct TV and free WIFI. Additional space and sleeping accommodations offered at an ADDITIONAL COST of $100 per night and an additional $25 towards cleaning fee. Exceptional lake views and steps that lead directly to the lake. We are only 9 minutes away from the nearest boat ramp at McCown Valley Park. 15 minutes to White Bluff Golf Course. 10 minutes to Lake Whitney Golf Club. Inside of the home features a large living area surrounded by windows with beautiful lake views. We have an open concept kitchen with a large Viking gas stove/oven and fully stocked kitchen. The bar area has running water, a wine cooler and ice maker. Two of our bedrooms have queen size beds and the third has one twin-twin bunk bed and one twin-full bunk bed. Outside is as nice as the pictures suggest. A large deck off the back of the home with ample seating. A new hot tub that seats 6. Steps down to the lake making easy access to a boat or fishing. A BBQ grill. And we also have a retractable awning for back patio. Advertised fee is for primary home only. Primary home sleeps 8. We also have a smaller 2nd home, The Boat House, adjacent to our primary home that sleeps 4. It has a queen size bed, fold out couch, full size kitchen and bath that can be rented for an extra $150 a night plus additional $50 cleaning fee. It will accommodate four guest. The home includes a separate bedroom with queen size bed w/ceiling fan and great views. (linens included). The living room has a large sofa, love seat and a chaise lounge. Also having a ceiling fan and a wall of windows looking out over the water. There is a 65" flat screen tv w/dvd/vcr player and sound system. We have antenna reception, along with a Roku streaming stick that included YouTube TV, Showtime and many other free TV and music channel options. Sound system enhances sound both inside and/or outside for your convenience. Wi-fi internet will be accessible. The kitchen will have everything you will need to prepare your meals, all you need to bring is your food and beverages. We have a side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker, electric glass cook top and oven, microwave, coffee pot, blender, food processor, pots and pans, dishes, glassware, flatware, cooking and BBQ utensils. A dishwasher is available. Breakfast bar seats 4 and the dining room has nice wood table for 4 with great views.
